By booking with us you are confirming that:

• Your pet is healthy with up to date vaccinations, de-wormed, and de-flead.

• You will not hold the groomer responsible or liable in the event grooming reveals a pre-existing condition, which may need to be treated before the grooming can commence.

• You understand the groomer will do their best to follow your requests and/or instructions, but they may need to remove more or less fur then requested for the health of the dog. E.g., shaving out matts or knots.

• In some instances of significant matting, especially where it is interfering with the pets comfort and/or making it difficult to groom without injuring the pet, we may determine that shaving is the only safe option for the pet. In this case we will call to get your permission before any shaving is done. 

• You understand that a muzzle may be used when necessary. Muzzling protects both the pet and the groomer and can often calm stressed animals. 

• You understand that having any pet groomed carries some risk. Although utmost care is taken to prevent injury, grooming instruments can be sharp and accidents can occur such as nicks, cuts, scratches, piercing, etc. We will inform you of any incident, and if necessary we will transport your pet to their vet for further care.

• You understand that vet bills caused by serious matting, pre-existing conditions, aggressive or difficult temperament, or from the pet being elderly, are your responsibility 

• You understand that if fleas are found on your pet there will be an additional £20 charge for:

  • Flea bath​

  • Flea treatment

  • Tool Sterilization

• You understand that your dog must be walked/exercised before their groom. This will make sure they're comfortable and have relieved themselves before coming to the salon.
